Sales Process Automation for a European client Experience working with 100 year old German Publishing company in Deutschland and automated the Business process for the sales and marketing and eventually evolved as a main IT business partner for CRM application development using MS dynamic CRM 365.
The legacy application was managed with difficulty in Managing the data with inconsistent data management. Also, the reporting and statistical analysis of the data was a big challenge for the customer.
