A Germany-based consulting firm offering leadership development programs and team workshops partnered with us to upgrade its outdated business process framework. The firm aimed to replace manual systems and PDFs with automation, improve data visibility, and streamline its invoicing to comply with modern standards like XRechnung and ZUGFeRD.
Client’s Challenges:
- No centralized system in place for managing operations
- Depended on legacy PDF invoices, which were static and manual
- Lacked automation and real-time visibility into invoicing and data flow
Our Implementation:
- Developed a custom ERP using SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power BI
- Modified existing SharePoint with new lists and added features to enhance usability
- Implemented Power Automate to autogenerate project and offer numbers, improving operational efficiency
- Introduced an XML-based invoice generator and processor for structured, machine-readable invoicing (XRechnung and ZUGFeRD formats)
- Developed Power BI reports covering profit, turnover, and cost planning for better financial insights
- Integrated systems to enable seamless data flow, automation, and analytics
