Implemented business processes using MS CRM 2011 for 150+ users
Executed a silent, non-disruptive data migration from Oracle DB to SQL Server in two automated 48-hour cycles
Recognized by Microsoft as one of the largest CRM data migration projects in Germany in 2011 (~6.5GB migrated to CRM and SharePoint)
Developed Power BI reports to monitor KPIs and track performance of Sales and Delivery teams
